ESSENTIAL OILS FOR MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL WELLBEING
Bergamot, wild orange and frankincense oil - helps relieve tension, stress and relives anxiety.
Geranium, grapefruit and ylang ylang oil – calms and uplifts the mind, balances mood and emotions.
Eucalyptus, peppermint and rosemary oil – relives tiredness, uplifts the mind, good for fatigue, improves focus and concentration.
Clary Sage, lavender, benzoin and roman chamomile oil – insomnia, relives stress, aids good sleep, helps unwind and relax the mind.
Needing to unwind from the daily stresses of life? Feeling mentally fatigued or physically exhausted? Then try one of the following diffuser blends to help uplift and relax body and mind. The essential oils can also be mixed into 30ml carrier oil and used for a massage blend to help relax and revive the body.
