WELLBEING BLENDS 

Needing to unwind from the daily stresses of life? Feeling mentally fatigued or physically exhausted? Then try one of the following diffuser blends to help uplift the mind. The essential oils can also be mixed into 30ml carrier oil for a massage blend to help relax and revive the body.

4 drops Rosemary
2 drops Cypress

2 drop Ylang Ylang
2 drop Grapefruit
3 drops Bergamot


Blend 3
1 drop Ylang Ylang
1 drop Sandalwood
3 drops Jasmine

1 drop Rose
3 drops Sandalwood

ESSENTIAL OILS FOR MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL WELLBEING

 

The following are some of the suggested and popular essential oils used in Aromatherapy which may help with various stress related conditions, promote relaxation and ease the mind. Diffuer 5-6 drops of any of the follwoing essential oils and let the aroma work wonders on the mind!
 
Anxiety

Bergamot, wild orange and frankincense oil - helps relieve tension, stress and relives anxiety.


 

Depression

Geranium, grapefruit and ylang ylang oil – calms and uplifts the mind, balances mood and emotions.

 

Mental clarity

Eucalyptus, peppermint and rosemary oil – relives tiredness, uplifts the mind, good for fatigue, improves focus and concentration.

 

Relaxation

Clary Sage, lavender, benzoin and roman chamomile oil – insomnia, relives stress, aids good sleep, helps unwind and relax the mind.
